1.制定公司章程和各种管理制度并实施推行。
2.全面负责办公室日常工作。组织制定办公室年度、月度工作目标及工作计划,并组织实施。
3.负责公司的年终总结工作,包括会议安排及催各部门编写总结报告。
4.审核、控制公司办公费用及接待费用。
