旧年即逝，新年悄至；举首回望，在快速变换脚步中，中山欧科又走过了不平凡的一年！

在过去的一年里，我们历经了许多的变革和一次次的挑战，也一次次从失落中站起，克服了一个又一个的的困难，取得了不少的成绩：首先是我们的发展规模日益壮大，截止目前为止，已由最初的100来人发展至今多人的队伍；产量大幅
度攀升，的年累积出产854,167台，而则达1,472,647台；库存周转率明显下降，由最初的47天下降到现在的22天；集团产品销售额一再攀升，11月份达16,120,174美元，再创集团销售历史新高！

在里，年我们稳固达到了生产目标，出色地完成了kpi设定的各项指标：如定单完成率,出货不良率，标准工时准确率，报废率，产品通过率，来料合格率，库存周转率等均达到设定目标。同时我们的管理在变革中也日趋走向成熟及系统化；员工队伍日趋稳定，精神面貌积极向上。为了给员工提供一个个人表现，发展的空间，让员工与我们的企业共同成长，公司组织开展了一系列活动，例如，庆中秋节卡拉ok大赛、员工拔河比赛、篮球赛，每个月都有不同主题的运动。员工对公司管理的参与感和对活动参与的积极性明显增加，对公司的信心度和归属感日益上升！10月份以来，公司人员流失率明显下降，截至12月份已经由原来的最高点8.20%降到了3.22％。在满足员工个人发展的同时，员工的福利待遇也在不断的改善。公司建起了员工图书馆和医疗室，成立了员工乐队、篮球队，并尽量为员工的各种业余活动，如“英语角”、各种演出节目排练等提供活动场所和相关便利条件。在员工素质提高方面，公司也投入大量的精力，除了各种基础的技能培训外，也结合每次的月主题运动，在安全、卫生、健康、5s等方面展开多种形式的宣传和培训活动，如安全知识培训、急救知识培训、宣传画片展、防火疏散演习、知识竞赛等等，从多方位全面提升员工素质。这一切都说明了，中山欧科的是硕果累累的一年！而所有这些成绩的取得，是同公司每一个员工的积极参与和付出分不开的，是所有人共同努力的成果！对于这些，我要感谢大家对公司的毫无保留的信任和支持，感谢大家为公司的付出，也感谢大家的团队协作与支持！

成绩固然令人欣慰，而不断的憧憬和创造美好的未来则更令人振奋。即将到来的，将会是更加的充满希望一年，同时也会是充满更多的挑战的一年。面对白炽化竞争的市场，我们必需进一步改进和加强我们的管理，以获取更高的效率和效益；员工福利待遇的改善工作仍需做更多的细致工作…。总之，公司将提供给大家更加丰富的发展机会和资源！同时面对目前原材料价格上涨，劳动力成本的上升的环境，我们将面临更大的挑战。这就要求大家要更加协调一致，精诚合作，提高自身素质，提高工作效能，最大限度地降低运作成本，以更高的效率获取更大的收益！这些都更需要所有人积极参与，共同付出，同公司一起成长。一言以蔽之，让我们抓住机遇，迎接挑战，将欧科建成一个所有员工都引以为傲的、百灵达集团的世界级的生产基地！
